Since storage box's, and tubes are a hip subject does anyone have any good ideas on how to take care of a spin pole? I have a 12" PVC tube for the sails, boom, tiller x-bar, and the hotstick but there certainly isn't enough room for the spin pole. I also have a diamond plate truck tool box for the boards rudders and other misc. crap. I've been just tying down the spin pole to the trailer, but that makes me nervous. Both in my ability to tie things down, and just wear and tear from bouncing down the road. Ingenious ideas welcome. |

our trailer has a small diameter pvc pipe that runs next to the sail tube. That works for our endpole. However I'm not sure what to do with the new midpole other than cut a slit down the side of the pipe. One of Trey's diamond plate boxes would sure be nice.. |

I have an older fiberglass box that I simply cut a hole into at the lip for the pole to rest in. Its not animal proof but so far no problems. Doesn't leak and my sails are in the other box which is animal proof. |
