Hello I have a new AI
Matt Miller helped me with a mast issue -- many thanks

I am having fun but note a problem getting the rudder up line -- getting it to catch in the cleat. I noticed the cleat is different than the one on my older AI (?now more plastic). If I do not pull the line just right - it does not catch

If I am sitting in the boat and pull back hard and straight it usually catches. But sometimes I am standing in water up to my waist next to boat. When I reach across very hard to get it to catch.

I never had the issue with my previous AI. I don't suppose it is possible to get a different cleat?. I also cannot find a part number for the cleat if it needs replacement

any thoughts?

RB

One of my 4 rudder cleats on my TI is deformed and needs replacing too. Wouldn't mind having that part number myself...
