Demo Days are an excellent way to confirm your decision on what kayak or SUP best suits your needs. We do multiple demo days near all 4 of our stores. Demos are 100% FREE. We will conduct demos rain or shine, although we will take necessary precautions in the event of thunder or lightning. It is EXTREMELY RARE that we cancel a demo, but in the name of safety, those decisions will be made the day of the demo.

What We Bring:
– Huge selection of Kayaks & Paddleboards
– All of the paddling gear needed
– Expert staff to answer questions and steer you to the right product

What You Should Bring:
Comfortable quick drying clothing, footwear that can get wet, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses with croakies or similar retainers. Dress to get wet! Although the goal of kayaking and paddleboarding is to not get in the water, it is still a water sport and there is always a chance of getting wet.

It is good to have a general idea of where & how you intend to use your new kayak or paddleboard. Thinking about all the types of water you would want to paddle/pedal will help us, help you zero in on the right kayak or sup to get you in the water with confidence. If you have any questions, please call the hosting store for the demo you plan on attending.
We encourage you to try several boats and boards as you learn to paddle or work to narrow down your options before making a purchase. We want you to spend time paddling or pedaling before you buy.

Personal flotation devices are provided and must be worn at all times while using our boats or boards on the water.

Whether you’re a novice or expert, Demo Days is a great event for any paddler to attend. This is our favorite event to put on every year and it’s always a ton of fun – we hope to see you out there!
