It would be very cost effective to have an option to buy just the TI hull and seat.

I have an Adventure island, so I could transfer all the Aka bars, outriggers, tramp, seat, mirage drive. Now we have the TI.

Wow! That's a stretch. What is not on your list is the sail and mast. It is not clear that they would transfer. The outriggers on the AI are shorter with different float. It seems to me that you would have a hybrid: TI hull/seat and everything else is an AI...not the same.

BTW, you can certainly buy a TI hull and seat.

That's true about the outriggers differences. I am not sure if it has a huge different.
I mainly use my AI with motor for fishing, so I would not care much about the sail and mast.

Does Hobie sell just the TI hull ? I'd be interested to buy.

Yes, you can buy a hull only. Would be the current vintage with CT seat attachments.

Price is about $2,600, but you would have to ask a dealer for pricing depending on region... freight etc.
