Just wanted to know if there is an active Hobie Island Club near Tampa. I sail around Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, etc. and I am looking for other Hobie folks to sail with. Thanks

I thought that Hobie used to have a page with locations of all the Hobie Island Clubs. Maybe not.

They do have a FaceBook page for the Hobie Island Club and that might be a good place to post.

That map indicates two Hobie Island Clubs in my local area. They do not exist.

I was hoping there was an active one down in the area I live also. I'm in Punta Gorda and haven't seen any TI's on the water near me.

I've seen several TIs in my area (Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, etc.), but I haven't been able to meet any of the owners.
The Hobie Island Club is run by TackleShack, but I don't think they're maintaining it anymore. I think the watertribe folks filled the gap.
