I picked up a used Tandem Oasis, and there only appears to be one foam block in the rear along the starboard side, and foam in the bow.
Is there supposed to be foam amidships or in the stern along the port side?

I'm thinking there might not be any foam along the port from amidships to the stern in order to not interfere with the rudder cabling. Any experts chime in on this? FWIW, it's a 2015 model year boat built in December 2014, a U.S. build.

Thanks!

Foam may move around. Most models have this only for positive flotation in case of a hull breech.

Hi Matt!

Thanks for the response. Quick follow-up question: where is the foam *supposed* to be in the hull?

Thanks!

I don;t have a foam placement specification for every model, so will ask.
