So while using the PA14 360 today I kept getting caught up in weeds. Pulled it out a dozen time to clean it off. The last time it would let me change direction, and it was stuck one way (backwards) upon finally getting it out the turning mech in the middle popped completely out of the coupler and no can’t get it back in. Like wtf? I’ve used this boat 4 times. Has anyone experienced this? Thank goodness I had my paddles, and wasn’t in the ocean I would have been done.

What do I do? I tried using a flat head screwdriver to push it back but it won’t budge.

Hi KTM - not exactly sure what you're describing - but happy to try and diagnose the issue if you can share a short video with me - email [email protected]

I'll share with Phil Dow on our team here at Hobie and get you a diagnosis right away. Thanks!
