How can I repair this? What part number(s)?

You can see this drive has a history of failure. It first failed 6 months after the 1-year warranty expired.

You may want to correct the photo URL so we can see it.

Weird. I get the following from IOS Safari/Chrome and Windows Edge/Chrome:

404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

Ouch! Oh my. You will probably need to work with a dealer who does repairs and mmiller to get the parts and/or a repair performed.

MD180 (prior to Kick-Up Version) is far less forgiving when grounding fins, masts or the spine itself. You need a new spine. That one is the V1, so you need V2, booms, masts and new fins.

Would a used Mirage Drive GT work in my 2017? Part number 80010501.

I can't afford to lay out $590.16 in new parts to repair this defective drive.

Will my 2017 V1 booms not fit into the V2 spine?

Yes, you could do that I suppose. Keep these two booms for possible use later. That way you would not need the masts or the fins yet either.

We have not had any V1 parts for a couple of years, so if a mast or fin fails... you would need the V2 parts.

Confirmed that, if you are unfortunate enough to own a 2017 Outback, when the MD180 drive explodes, you only need to buy a new spine (V2) and can re-use all other existing parts, including fins, masts and booms.

I got back on the water today and it worked perfectly.
