A dealer mentioned, in passing, something about new, longer, Mirage Drive fins. Is there any more information about that? Thanks Jonathan |

The longer fins are not yet available. They are still in R&D. They are a little longer, have a flat head shape (squared off) and have a new core that is designed to hold the foil shape more consistently under load. We are still reviewing materials for the best stiffness. They will push the Mirage faster with a slower cadence. |

Thanks. Would the new fins be intended to retrofit into exiting Mirage drives? mmiller wrote: The longer fins are not yet available. They are still in R&D.

They are intended to fit all drives. The Adventure included. Not likely to be standard on any model. We are planning a kit. Two long fins and two longer masts. |

We have a few, but I will let you know if the engineers want more! |
