Hello

I just bought a 2015 revo 11. Loving the kayak and new seat. First hobie i have owned

I noticed an interesting difference in the mold on the 2015 revo on display vs what i bought.

Around the back of the seat area on the display there was a small tab to put the back feet on to raise the back of the seat height. But it is does not exist on my hobie?

In store on display

They were eliminated very early on to keep folks from putting their seats in the 3rd position - the Revo 11 was too tipsy with the seat that high. So now you've got 2 positions in rear, and full adjustment in front. There may have been a few dozen 11's built with the shelf before the factory removed it from production. Sorry about the confusion.

Interesting, I too have a 2015 Rev 11 sold my 2013. I love the new seat, put my turbo fins on and sailing rudder and inflatable amas and have been out fishing and sailing a few times really a great all around kayak and no more puddle.

Thanks Jacques for the quick response. I also have the sailing rudder and can see why the highest setting was removed on the 11. When i turn hard on highest settings it already feels tippy.
