Noted that Pearly38 lost 50 # using the Mirage nearly every day.
I'm looking at a fishing kayak and the Mirage system seems like a better workout for this old fat man (nearly 300# at 5'9" - sitting at a desk and computer for 12 hours a day too many years).
Is there someone out there who has been "in the same boat?"
I've tried other sit-on-top kayaks, and the seat well is not a good position -
lower back pain, no power to paddle, no back support. I've looked at the Drifter with the Drifter seat (3" rise) which is workable, but I'd like to use my legs for power, instead of soaking in the well....
