2012 Hobie Rudder Handle screw came off

Hello, the screw which holds on the rudder handle on my 2012 Hobie Revo 13 backed out and fell off. What size (Diameter, length, threads / inch) is a replacement screw with the proper head shape, etc. Fortunately, I still have the rudder handle.
Apparently this screw was undertorqued with no thread locker such as locite blue or similar applied in 2012.
I believe the screw part number is 8030126 SCREW,upon looking at the common part guide, however I was hoping to just specify and obtain one locally, however need to know the screw head type, diameter, length, threads / inch.
