Is anyone aware of a cradle set that will work for an Outback? Something like the cradles available for the PA. I want to be able to store the kayak on the trailer. Thanks, Herb |

Hobie recommends storing up side down but you could use 2 lengths of 4" pvc longways. It will bend to the hull and evenly distribute the weight. |

The Yakima Land Shark saddles should work. The come in pairs and you can set them apart or as close as you need to support the kayak. I know the outback has a bit of a keel but should not be too deep for the saddles. I carry two revolutions upright on them and they are several inches above the bars. http://www.rackattack.com/product-pages ... nAoddXEAcA They are also the least expensive of the kayak saddles. Download the instruction manaul pdf here to see all the info on them http://assets.yakima.com/resource/produ ... structions Revo |
