After lubing and putting my mirage drive back together i tightened the set screw for the sprocket shaft too much and cracked the piece. I am going to order another but i can't make out the name of the section that i need, is it the Spine?

It sounds like the spine but you may not need a new one. Checkout Surfoos' clever fix here:
