First off, my 2017 Oasis is about 2 months old. Yesterday I took it out. I pulled on the reverse handle and it broke off in my hand leaving what looks like a threaded end in the housing. Is this under warranty? And How do I fix it? Are the new handle parts available?

Have your dealer file a claim with our warranty department and warranty will be able to take care of you. They'll send a new lever, tendon and sticker so you don't have to worry about removing the threaded piece that broke off.

That was my next question. Does it come with a new lever. Sounds like a common problem.

Growing pains. We have had a few production problems, so yes... more failures than we would like. They have redesigned to have a larger diameter thread which should stop it from happening.

Split fins would be a molding problem. Likely the core shifted and made one side thinner.

Yes, covered by warranty for sure.
