I'm going to get a new Outback camo soon.
I prefer the rectangular access Hatch rather than the round one that comes stock.
I like the tackle tray box also.

Is it something I could install or have the dealer do it?

All it takes is using the rectangular backing ring to trace a cut template onto the deck and then carefully cutting with a jigsaw or Dremel. If you're comfortable with the tools and cutting, the install is quite simple. If you have any hesitation about the project, I'd take it to your dealer and I'm sure they'd be able to knock it out for you.

Here's a short video that addresses some popular upgrades to the Outback. Fast forward to 0:35 and there's a sped up look at how the rectangular hatch installs.
