Can this rack be used for longer term storage of an Outback?

Most definitely NO - only transport and store your kayak with our recommendations - found in the manual here: https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=https%3A%2F%2Fstatic.hobiecat.com%2Fdigital_assets%2Fmirage-kayak-manual-150828.pdf

Leaving it like that will distort the hull and 'could' ultimately fail the material if left long term.

Good to know.
Thanks

I know they are speedy, but aside from that aspect, how good of a storage system for long term storage are the Suspenz webbed storage systems? Specifically the Deluxe 2-kayak storage system found here: https://suspenz.com/collections/deluxe-free-standing-racks/products/deluxe-2-boat-rack

I disagree. The Talic Seahorse DOES follow Hobie's recommendations. It says, "Storing your boat upside down on crossbars or hanging from wide strapping are two other ways to keep the boat stored." The Seahorse has 2 inch wide webbing. That constitutes "hanging from wide strapping." I've had my boats on them, sunny side up, for years and they look good as new.

The salesperson who sold me the Outback recommended these specifically for storing. Should it be store upside down?
