(pictures below) Used the plastic pivot part from like bike rack...https://www.saris.com/product/sentinel3 Now I can raise one side when next to a dock.

I picked up two of these bike racks at a thrift store a for a few bucks, the second one I added a couple wheels to it and made a roller loader.

Those are very nice. When lowered, the floats stay locked down when they hit the water?

I wouldn't mind making a set of those. Any tips on putting one together would be appreciated...

I use a quick release pin to lock the tubes in the down position plus it still has the 3 height positions.
