My rant the closes dealer to me charges 200$ more for the compass, compared to any other dealer in Canada. Doesnt do Demo's at this location but will once a year only at another location 3 hrs away, he will sell demo boats after Aug 1 only and might take only 100$ off. This totally sounds like a bad business model, not to name that dealers website isn't even updated with the compass, Doesnt the parent company check on their franchises? He makes it sound like Hobie forces a certain price,and he cant sell below, while everyone in the country has it listed for the same price, except him. What's going on with this Hobie? That 1900 sub par comes in at 2695 up here, interesting the jackson pedal drive fd and pilots are cheaper yet, I will be testing those out and may go that route. |
