2019 Outback Pro Angler 12 Compass How much difference is there between these three? (The question is semi-rhetorical. We all know the obvious.) Which one gets dropped from the line? (lookin’ at you, PA12...) |

They are similar but still differ in their on way. Not sure of the price between the PA and outback but hatch size and other differences are there. The compass is quite different and not fair to include between the 3. The outback is a hit though. I will be getting one after I sell my 2016. Glad I waited, I said it just over 2 years ago, but I don’t see how they can make it better other than selling it for less. The 2019 Outback is awesome. |

I wonder how the new Outback will sail? From photos, it appears that the bow will be less "slappy", but I wonder about the rudder. I alway thought that the original Outback had good utility, but was not designed for stand-up fishing. The new design appears to take it in that direction and would seem to squeeze out the PA 12 with the Compass continuing to be the value brand. |
