Will the Ai cradle set also work on a 2018 revolution 16?
If so what is the best length between front and back cradle?

Yes, Hull of the Revo 16 is the older AI, so get a set 72020400 (pre 2015)

67"

Thanks for that info!
However, with a revo 16 I dont need the area for the ai's outriggers on this cradle set. Is this my only option?

The front cradle is just the Hull- The rear have the extra room for the outriggers, however it is easy to saw off the extra.
