Is the 2019 Outback factory rudder sufficient for sailing or will a replacement be necessary? If so how will this this affect the new raising feature for shallow waters? |

There is no larger rudder available, so this would be it. I believe yes. Good for sailing. |

By design of the hull the outback should track better than the old design. It's added length and added width may make up the difference for a smaller rudder than the sailing one. We'll see..... |
