I am 95% of the way to purchasing my first Hobie kayak (2019 Outback) but have some questions about a cart. I am looking at the HD or the Trax-2 and wonder about proper fit with the new hull design. Also wondering about longevity of the cart. I have read many posts about wheels falling off and cracking welds, etc.. Is there a better option to purchasing one from Hobie, say Malone?

Carts have had issues, but nothing in recent years. My Trax carts is getting really old... no issues with the frame or the wheels.

HD for hard surfaces. Trax 2-30 for soft sand.
