Doubt there is one for this situation. I believe this is one side of a 2-part Hobie Kayak paddle. Is there a T-Handle that will fit it? If not then I guess I'll try to make one from PVC.

That's what I figured Matt, thank you. I used some 1" PVC that I turned out the inside slightly on a wood lathe to glue and fit snug on the paddle, then 3/4" piece to reduce it, again turning so the 3/4" fit into the 1" and then a 3/4" tee that I cut down so the tee wasn't so wide. finished it all with large heat shrink.
