Picked up a brand new outback last week and did a test spin... found out the drive can’t switch to reverse directions. I got it to work once but only one fin rotated while the other had to be manually rotated. Now it wont work anymore. Pulling cord wont move the wires, as if its stuck.

I have a Pro Angler with 180 so this isnt a user error.

Any suggestions?

See your dealer. Can you pull the lines directly? May take some leverage force.

Thx you. Dealer fixed it. The first guy couldn’t pull it either but the second guy yanked hard on it had got it to move again. Washed it out. Works as normal again. Must have got sand on it while i was at beach.

I was afraid to pull so hard and breaking the pull line.
