I requested an original Certificate of Origin from my Hobie dealer to register my kayak at the tax office.

What I got is printed on 2 pieces of normal computer paper. Is that how it should be for an original?

I've heard stories of people getting denied kayak registration at the tax office for not having the original, and other kayak manufacturer's Certificate of Origin's that I've got are on a thicker type of paper so I was just wondering.
