Newbie here, with newbie questions, apologies in advance.
So I picked up an ex demo/rental Passport 10.5 from my local Hobie dealer. It's had some wear and tear, including this heat welded repair at the stern of the kayak. My question is... is it worth trying to pop out the divet/ding or just leave well alone?

It all depends on how bad it looks and how easy you think it would be. I bought a used rental from a Hobie dealer and it has all kinds of scratches on the bottom of it (normal wear).

I decided to leave it alone. Kayak runs just fine and after a few more scratches added since my original post, it looks the part :D
