Can you give us any kind of an update as to how long it is going to be before you get caught up on shipments of kayaks. I've had an order in since mid-june for 2 - passport 12. I understand patience is a virtue, but I am now being told that they are hoping they'll come in before the end of August. I hope that's true as I'm hoping to be able to use it during the holidays. As you can see everyone seems to be hoping. I've never seen a case where you can't lock down a ship date from your supplier. I do understand the time we are in is causing backlog. But there must be a set number of boats that you can make during a given period. With that being the case , you should be able to give a better estimate than a hope

I don't have boat shipping information. I believe they are still shipping July orders now.

Just crazy times. Sales have been through the roof and we keep getting orders.

Matt, my CI informed me there is a new 2021 ‘special edition’ PA 360 coming out designed by Ike (Mike Iaconelli) in camo red with similar graphics as this one. Any comments . . .

I just want to take a moment to express my appreciation to Matt Miller. He is such an incredible asset to this site, Hobie, and Hobie consumers. No other corporate insider makes him or herself so a available to respond directly and timely to consumer's needs and inquiries. If there were an Oscar / Tony / Emmy award for Corporate Customer Service, Hobie would rank up there with Zippo lighters and Surefire flashlights, but Matt Miller would walk away with the award for Best Individual Customer Service Provider.

I know in this most challenging time, especially for an industry that is labor-intensive in crafting its product and doing so in a hot zone (CA) so heavily regulated, Matt Miller has stepped up not once, not twice, but time after time after time, and year after year.

So, a big hearty THANK YOU to you Matt Miller!

PS- I'm actually going to make this post its own thread, but this thread is what prompted my post.
