Just bought a used passport 12 and one of the foam supports under the foot pads has come unglued and drifted somewhere else in the kayak. It’s not that big of a deal as I don’t stand much but was wondering if this is actually a numbered part or if anyone has any idea where to get a similar foam block to replace it?

I think its best to locate the foam block inside the hull and place it where it once was.

The foam blocks serve a dual purpose.....support the deck somewhat, but positive flotation if the hull filled with water.

These block are not glued in place but rather "jammed in place".......forced fit inside the hull.

Speaking of foot pads, make yourself some heel slings. https://www.hobie.com/forums/search.php ... mit=Search
