I had to replace my Mirage Drive in my 2012 Revolution 13 and had a friend bring me down a new one from the US. Unfortunately I ended up with the one below, which doesn't fit properly. And because of logistics I can't return it and get a correct one, so I'm hoping there's some way for me to alter it in order to get it to be functional. It seems like something is blocking the full range of motion for the fins and I can't figure it out because I'm not super handy. Anyone got ideas? Thanks!

You can cut off the "alignment" pegs that are just below the drum shaft. If you have to, you can trim the fairing to fit your well after that.
