Hello - I have a gap that appears to be exposing the roller bearings on my 180 drive right at the bottom of the spine where the fin pivots. I'm wondering if this is normal? I have not really noticed it until recently and do not recall the gap ever being this wide. I have about 30 trips on the drive and always rinse after each use. I'm also careful to remove the drive in the shallows and beach launching. Nothing is affecting performance yet that I can tell. Just wondering if its normal or if I need to do anything maintenance wise.

You can always see the bearings - yes. You also posted on the Facebook owner group and received great replies there as well, with good advice. Have a Hobie Day!
