If you recut the head plate, the foot, the tack and the clew... remake the downhaul, then start thinking about re-shaping the sails.... sure anything is possible, however I suggest you consider the PITA factor.
Seriously, if you run an H18, buy good sails for it, you'll never regret it.
Try your Hobie dealer or lots of room on this Forum for new and used Sails for Sale/Wanted. Unless of course, you are a sail maker.....
