I'm thinking of taking on an old H14. The hulls look to be in good condition but I wondered if anyone out there had any thoughts on how I might determine the 'integrity'of the fiberglass. The hulls do not appear to have been covered or stored indoors so I'm guessing they have been out in the sun a lot (I live in Japan where we have lots of sunshine). Appreciate any advice or suggestions! KenM |

https://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewtop ... lamination the search function of this forum is very useful. 30 years old would make it an '85? That's towards the tail end of the big production years. I would think you'd be hard pressed to find one newer, but I know nothing of the popularity of Hobies in Japan. After inspection, let us know what you find. |
