The new race boards are looking amazing! There are a bunch of other new models for the new year, but I can't stop looking at these ones. Light, strong, and fast.

I have this board and so far its FAST! I will be trying out some different fins for it. Stock fin is goof for flat water, not so good for choppy Gulf of Mexico wind side chop.
I will be trying out the Larry Allison Ninja ( had on my 2013 Hobie E-Series 14')
and the FCS Slater Trout.

From Hobie: It's tradition that when a huge race comes around, it's time to bring out the new new... Here is what's next from us fresh from the Hobie Design Lab. Italian carbon composite Ineger blend fabric by G. Angeloni, glassed in on a high performance race board designed by Mark Johnson, just in time for the Pacific Paddle Games. See it at the Hobie booth and under our team riders feet all weekend!
