Just purchased a 2016 T2. Haven't gotten it out yet as we live on Lake Michigan and the water is still in the 30s...

I was glad to see that Coreboarder is a fellow great lakes sailor and keeps his boat on the beach. I plan to do the same with mine during the sailing season. I have been keeping my 14 down there and it has worked well.

Has anyone determined if there is a cradle out there that fits the front section of the T2 hull? I would like to either buy something or create a form somehow. The skeg is plenty sturdy but with rotomolded hulls flat spots can and will occur on other parts if not properly supported.

Congrats on your T2! There is a small and relatively quiet group of us on this forum. It looks like you have an awesome setup for summer and you will love the boat. Regarding cradles, I bought these for my trailer a few years ago and seem to fit the hull just fine (under the front crossbar at least). https://www.murrays.com/product/13-7020/

Nice thanks!

After thinking about this for a bit I've decided to just use a much longer flat board for the forward bunk. There is some mild deformation of the hull where it was sitting on the forward bunk. I'm going to add a 3rd crossbar to the trailer for added support for the long bunk. I'll post a picture once this is done.
