The following came as an email from John Lunn to a bunch of us. He wanted to get some images posted about a doo-dad a friend of his came up with.
From my good friend and fellow H18 sailor, Henry P. Great idea Henry, and I know like me, you enjoy sharing your knowledge. Especially as there is snow in the forecast.
Can someone possibly post these pix on the Forum for the benefit of all cold weather sailors who store their boats outside? I do not have facilities or time to do it right now. Or forward them to the Honourable Matt Bounds, and give credit to Henry Pau of KSC.

"Hi Yawl:
Here's how I did it. Cost of steel doughnut at Canadian Tire $12.61.
Note the electrician's tape, does not leave a residue.
Sue and I have closed all the other hatches yesterday as rain was forecast.

With all the boats packed away for the winter, I am dreaming of the December school break, when once again, I will visit with Hank at his new store, and then zip up I95 to Chuck's at the south end of Delray Beach, for a sail or two on a Getaway.
