If you've got the strength, it's doable single handed for sure.
Tie a line to one of the trap wires or the main halyard, route it to a pulley on your trailer's mast support, and then bring it back through a jib cleat. Once you've got the mast hoisted, you can take the slack out of the line and cleat it off, then jump down and pin the forestay. If you take the boat off the trailer prior to stepping the mast, you can throw a loop of line around one of the bows and tie your pulley to that.
Getting the mast step pinned to the front crossbar is a little tricky without help. Probably want a ladder or other item to support the head of the mast.
You definintely want to take the time to make sure all your shrouds are running clear and won't get hung up on the rudders, etc. because there won't be anyone to help un-tangle you mid-lift and you'll have to drop the mast, undo the tangle, and then start over.
If there's a significant breeze, you'll want to align the boat/trailer so the wind is coming straight from behind. Any cross wind and the mast could get away from you. If you let it swing too far out to the side you will break the mast hinge.
