I love blowing by other boats on my Hobie 18!! Perfect conditions for some speed, you know you are getting it when the tip of the bow is close and the wings start skimming the water.

Where are you sailing in the video?

But please go get some tramps for those wings, it is worth the investment. You can get aftermarket ones on ebay very reasonable if $ is the issue.
