Sort of newbie here have a 18 that i am into rebuilding and need some help from a seasoned sailor to rig and sail for the first time. came off a 10 year lay off of a hobie 16. going to baja in may to south camps and need to be up to speed for the trip HHHHHHelp if you have a few hours. my name is mark and I am out of Riverside. I will travel for the day. I have already been to Fast Lane and reroped the craft, replaced hull plugs and top hatch covers. need to pick up front roller furling plate to forstay connector. have a whole bucket of stainless to work with so hope to be prepared. J D thanks for the help on the SET UP. I took the boat to san felipe and had a blast. everything worked flawlessly. you have my # give me a shout on sailing plans and i will see if i can join you on a future date. Mark |
