I think he means the eye strap.
You can get them at any marine store (West Marine).

I need a little help....I lost the padeye on the bottom of the Harken mainsheet block. I can use it without, but cleating in the mainsheet is a little awkward. Does anyone have an extra, or where can I get one? |

turns out I had one on the original spin pole....robbed Peter to pay Paul, but at least I am able to use the main sheet as it was intended. |
