Does anyone know the color of the gelcoat that was on the Stars/Stripes boats?

I'm looking for information that will help in the "restification" of #044.

Matt was my first attempt at this. There was no information available.
So, I'm reaching out to see if anyone has already been down the road and knows something.

I have an original 1988 Hobie brochure that shows the deck as light grey and the hulls as " Gunsmoke Blue".

PM me your cell # and I will send you a photo.

Check out the Fiberglast Color Gel Coats

RAL 5023 - Distant Blue is the closest match

Bill,
I received the email. We're extremely happy to have copy of that brochure. I've already passed it forward to the Stars/Stripes owners here in the Pacific Northwest. - Cheers

I found a cut out from installing a 6" round access port by the forward wing socket under the tramp....around 1993?

This piece of "gunsmoke blue" hull fiberglass has zero fading because of it's location.

"Check out the Fiberglast Color Gel Coats

The actual color is a few shades darker , almost like RAL 7024 - Graphite Grey with just a hint of blue added to it....
