I have the rail tape kit and have applied the two large pieces to the sides of my new eclipse 12.
There are 4 more pieces, two smaller pieces and 2 very small pieces and I cannot figure out where they go. Could someone let me know where these 4 additional pieces should be applied
Also, I would like to know if I can store my eclipse in my garage with the eclipse cart always plugged in
Thanks
David

I don't believe the Eclipse would be damaged by leaving the cart in it. This is very different from a polyethylene kayak... those you would not want to leave the cart in as it would deform the kayak over time. Not the same materials of construction on the Eclipse. These are stiff expoxy constructed boards.

The rail protection kit should have come with these instructions which show you proper placement of the pieces: https://static.hobiecat.com/item_attachments/72050005.pdf

That is great news that I can keep the Eclipse on the cart. Thanks for the rail guard manual, it was not included with the rail guard material. There were instructions on how to apply it, but not where.
