 Post subject: Adding pictures to post?

I've got 15 post but never did any w/ pictures, I finished my compass mods and wanted to post w/ pitcures.I've got 15 post, but I don't see option to add pics, / attachments...need approval first?

When I get ready to post pics, there is a small box below where I text that says photos, files. I just click it and add pictures.

I place mine on imgur. Once uploaded click on an image and imgur will give you some link options. Choose the size thumbnail you want to use (options under the list of links) and then copy the "Linked BBCode (message boards)" and paste it into your post.

Check the image below. Right click on the image to see the copy image address popup option:

Image URL ends in .jpg or .png or similar.

Navigate to your image page. Right click the image and copy the "propeties". This must be an image address (url) rather than a url to a page. Click the above image to test and look at properties and address (url).

Rather than a link to the page it was on. The address should end in something like .jpg or .gif

Use the buttons above the post text area to find the proper code.

Use [img]then%20the%20image%20url%20and%20click[/img] again.

Be sure to have the option " Disable BBCode " unclicked!

and you are done.
