This metal piece popped out last night while I was using the Compass Loader.

Did the metal actually break or should I just hammer it back in?

That is a bad rivet. We have since changed the style to address the issue. Your dealer can likely pop new rivets in for you.

The new rivet is:

8012001 RIVET 6-9 BULB TYPE-KAYAK

So is 8012001 the rivet used in the new style Compass Loader or is it the same as the rivet that broke?

Thanks.

Matt, my local Hobie dealer doesn't have the new rivets. Can I buy them somewhere so I can get back to using the loader?
