The sail box is made of .125 aluminum thread plate,10' long with an internal top self for my two sets of sails and below my sails is a redwood tray that slides out.It is 9'8" long and my rudder assembly fits into along with my tool box of spare parts.
I built this box some 15 years ago and it still looks new today. This sail box is so strong that you can climb on top of it without denting it.I build things to last :D

My Magic Tilt trailer looks like it has a pivot point at the back end of the 3" box beam where it connects to the upside down two foot long 3.5" U channel at the front of the frame of the trailer (with a bracket holding it down). (see attached photo).

Has anyone had any experience with a vertically hinged trailer that would allow the front of the frame to rise while lowering the rear of the frame when weight was put on the trailer's rear rollers? This would force the rear rollers down and make it easier to load/unload a Hobie?

I have read thru this tread but it’s a little ambiguous to me.....and maybe there is not an absolute standard. I was wondering if someone could help simply it for me by providing a consensus on the labeled dimensions below.
