Being a fan of all Hobie 16's, old, new and everything inbetween, I thought it might be cool to have a single thread where we each post a pic of our boats. I was inspired by reelknotty's pics of his awesome H16 refurb.

I'll break the ice. Here's my first 16 from 1974. It was a bicentennial special with red, white and blue sails. I last sailed it in 1982.

And here is a pic of my new boat, 2011 H16SE

Who's next?

love that sail on your new one. I'd like to find a set of the red, white and blue ones for my newly refurbed '73

52kz: Cool Keoke sails!

Johnny, to post a photo, it needs to be on the internet somewhere (Facebook or any photo sharing site). Go to the picture, right click and select "Properties". Copy the Address URL (highlight, then right click and select COPY or CTRL-C). In your post, click on the "IMG" button above and place the cursor between the "" thingies, and right click, then select paste. You should see something like "".

When you hit submit, your photo will appear.

You are right reel. We will remove the tree tonite. My sons are coming down to help me out on this today.
White Sails are dull and don`t help much on Beach looks, but I`m glad I have them because in about a month, I will be installing the Logo of my new Company on them. I have a great recipe for a Drink, and I am setting up to start selling it locally, the Brand-Logo will be on the Sail, I will post the photos ASAP. Wish me the luck, I will do the work !!!!

My two boats at Long Beach this summer. It is funny the new one cost a lot more, but everyone wants there picture taken in front of the 1981 Tequila Sunrise.
