What size are the bolts holding the rudder in the casting? My new/old H16 is missing the bolts. Thought I'd stop by my local hardward store and pick up some stainless ones that are the right size. Thanks. |

This is one of the most important cases where you need to use the correct, specific bolts. If you use hardware store bolts, the rudders will be pivoting on bolt threads-hopefully I don't need to explain the importance. The right ones are not only exactly the right length, but only have threads out past where the rudder pivots on them. |
