Well I got one of these to try on my H16. Overall it worked great Winch Winch Winch and up it went. Easy!!!!!!!

This is the original one with the gin pole attached to the mast.

Here is what I found out that may save you some headaches.

Do Not use the straps around the hulls as the instructions say. You have to take part of the straps and attach to the trapeze wires and if you put the main staps under the hulls you will not be able to reach them.

Instead put the straps around the front cross bar and up through the space in the corner of the tramp. You will then be able to attach to the trap wires with no problem.

It will take a little time to get the straps to the correct length, once that is done you will not have to adjust them again. Make sure they are snug but not too tight.

After I raised it I then attached the main halyard to the stay adjuster to secure it. Then I removed the forstay from the EZ Stepper and detached the unit. With the main halyard holding the mast I then attached the forstay to the stay adjuster and let loose the halyard.

This seems to be a very secure way to raise the mast. No broken masts or broken backs

I got one from Brad @ Sunjammers www.sunjammers.com 850-235-2281 if you would like to get one. Its in Panama City FL.
