I am going to swap the line on my tramp this weekend, someone told me to use the line that has some give to it, almost like shock chord? Which is best and what diameter and how much line do I need? |

I've used shock cord on a tramp before but have since returned to a high quality low stretch line. The shock cord tends to wear out in high wear areas and I don't feel it added any tightness to the tramp. If you lace a tramp good and tight that's all you need. The tramp stretches enough on it's own, no need for any give in your lacing. Though the shock cord is easier to install. |

I like to use bungee first and get it as tight as possible, then lace a 1/4" low stretch line and re-tighten...a tight tramp is a good thing.... |
