The tongue sticks out the front and the boat hangs over the back... Guessing 16 - 18 feet for the trailer itself. We have a Trailex Trailer for a Tiger here that is just short of 20 feet.

Does anyone have a 14 footer that could tell me exactly? I'm preparing to purchase a H14, and would like to know if its trailer will fit in my garage. Any hits for a H14 trailer length are appreciated. Thanks everyone.

My 14 on trailer (without mast or rudders installed on boat ) is 21-22 feet overall, I believe. Next time I'm down there, I'll measure.
Hope this helps- Dave

I couldn't find my tape measure but I paced it off and my H16 with rudders is about 24', not counting the mast sticking forward over the tongue.

I realize I'm joining onto an old post but its kind of along the same lines. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with altering a standard boat trailer for a Hobie 16 or might be able to point me in the direction of a website or post on this topic? Thanks!
